Consolata Ayoo-Bryant has been in the health care industry for 24 years. Ms. Bryant began her professional career as a Registered nurse in 1992 at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington Texas. In 1995 she ventured into Home Health as a case manager, then Director of Clinical Services and eventually eventually taking over the overall management of Evergreen Home Health.
Ms. Bryants deep passion for improving the overall health of people in United States as well as in my native country Kenya.
She founded Professional Home Health in Euless Texas in 1998, Divine Hospice in Euless Texas in 2006 and Arms of comfort Home Health in Azle
In 2013, Ms Bryant ventured into agro- processing Orange flesh Provitamin A sweet potatoes in an effort to promote consumption of natural vitamin A in Kenya, to create employment and market for local farmers who are mostly women and youth.
Ms Bryant has served in a number of advisory councils and boards including Texas Home Health and Hospice association clinical committee, Dwele foundation, an organization promoting awareness of Chronic Hepatitis B and Organi Limited
A National Leadership Award as Honorary Co-Chairman Business Advisory Council from Congressman Tom De Lay.

Ms Bryant is a Kenyan American national, was born in Kenya and reside with my family in Colleyville Texas.

He has worked and Consulted with a number of major Institutions namely: Verizon, Primerica Financial, Capital One, HSBC, Bank Of America and Wells Fargo where he has applied exceptional strategic, marketing, business, operational, and financial skills to effectively offer strategic plans to enhance efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase revenues.
Mr Kayizzi, is the past President of the Uganda American Association of Greater DFW (2012-2013) and implemented the UAA-DFW Group life Insurance plan, first of its kind among other achievements. He is Past President of the Makerere University Rotaract Club as well as the Economists Society. He is currently a member of the DFW Black MBA Association. He is the Managing Director Of Proclient Insurance Associates Inc and Operations Manager Metropoint Tax and Accounting in Bedford. He received his Bachelor in Economics from Makerere University, Uganda and MBA Finance/Marketing from University Of Texas Arlington.
Ronnie Mayanja is a veteran journalist whose career started in Uganda at WBS -TV were he was senior manager and talk show host before relocating to the US were he interned and then worked for CNN International Desk as an African Minder.
He was awarded a diploma after graduating from the United States Telecommunications Institute (USTTI) having received a fully funded scholarship to train at some of the leading television stations in the USA like Fox News and BET Television.
He is the founder of Ugandan Diaspora News LLC and the Ugandan Diaspora Network, a social networking group of professionals celebrating Uganda’s success stories abroad. He previously served as a member of the Uganda North American Association (UNAA) Board of Directors for two terms before moving into Diaspora related consultancy work.
In 2011 Ronnie Mayanja was host of a special election program that aired on NTV – Decision Uganda 2011. This show helped provide in-depth analysis of the 2011 elections.

Leonard Mungarulire is a co-founding partner at Ntare Insights Ltd. He has over 10 years’ experience as a strategy and management consultant facilitating private sector development, improving firm-level competitiveness, deepening regional integration and promoting an environment for economic growth in the East African Community (EAC). Until recently, Leonard served as the Senior Technical Advisor on regional integration and private sector development for the Ministry of Trade, Industry and East African Community in Rwanda and for TradeMark East Africa. Prior to this, he also worked with and advised the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and Private Sector Federation (PSF) in Rwanda. While at OTF Group, Leonard co-led the development of South Sudan’s medium-term industrial strategy for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry from 2009-2010.He has extensive knowledge of the business environment in the EAC and is passionate about Africa’s transformation through regional integration, and the intersection between public policy and private sector development.
Leonard has received a number of professional development certificates in public policy and private sector developmentfrom the Pardee Rand Graduate School in California, Harvard Kennedy School, the University of Cape Town and Johns Hopkins University. He holds an MBA from the University of KwaZulu Natal in Durban, South Africa and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Makerere University in Uganda. He is a 2016 Eisenhower Fellow and part of the Eisenhower Global Network.
Robert Muruli is a member of the Board and actively contributes to business development initiatives for the chamber. Robert is an honors graduate from the University of Florida with a B.Sc. in Economics. He has over 14 years in the consumer finance field where he has held positions as a banker and an investment consultant.
Elizabeth Roman Plumlee earned an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas, Austin and a law degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. She is a trained mediator with a current business focus on economic development and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in her private practice. She has worked with foreign government agencies and officials, as well as the private sector, to shape various economic development strategies in East Africa with respect to security, technology, energy, agriculture, health, infrastructure issues and requirements.
Beth also serves as a trustee for the Rusinga Island Trust, a community-based Kenyan trust, located in West Kenya. She serves as a board advisor to the East Africa Chamber of Commerce where she works with the East African diaspora community to improve trade and investment in East Africa. Concurrently, she serves as an advisor to the Africa Business Portal, a company focused on establishing local connections nationwide to help U.S. and African companies safely and successfully trade and invest.
In addition to being a member of numerous professional organizations, Beth has a passion for service and has served as a board member of numerous non-profit organizations in the U.S. and Africa. Most recently, she has become a professional mentor for the Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law Exchange Program: and is a new board member for the Friends of the Barack Obama Male Leadership Academy.
Wes Williams serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Alliance Company, internationally based and associated with the Perot Group of companies, focusing on real estate, investments and aviation related business opportunities. Williams has responsibility for the firm’s strategic financial planning, overall fiscal activities and also assists with business operations.
Prior to his current position with Gulf Alliance Company, Wes Williams was a Finance Manager for Hillwood, with other private sector work including consulting. Williams served in the United States Air Force and gained experience as a Financial Controller for major space, satellite and IT systems.
Williams received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Williams is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce – Abu Dhabi, The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, U.S.-U.A.E.
